We just bought a new home and I started to get sick every time I used one bathroom in the house. Knowing I have a mold allergy, I called multiple vendors in a panic. Dale was the only one to answer and come to inspect my home within 48hrs. Dale arrived and I showed him the bathroom where he found no evidence of mold but he exercised due diligence and proceeded to check the whole house. Unfortunately we had mold throughout our basement and in our sunroom (some before photos included), and Dale worked with us to further explore the bathroom just to be sure. Sure enough, more mold was in the bathroom ceiling that had been hidden by extra Sheetrock layers (see photo with flashlight showing mold). It was a bit of a nightmare but Dale, Hector and the rest of the crew were awesome. They were super quick and incredibly CLEAN while working on our house. The work involved removing and disposing of moldy insulation and items throughout the basement, cleaning every beam and encapsulating the entire basement (some before/after pics included). Knowing I had such a strong allergy, Dale also ran an ozone generator to kill any additional spores that may have been in the air. He was excellent at communicating with my husband and I throughout the work and I was honestly so pleased with how they were careful with all of our items, cleaned inside every crevice they could think of, and gave us a reasonable price.
